If we reach our funding goal, all rewards and add-ons purchased during the campaign will be charged through Backerkit on or near February 12, 2026.
Shipping is charged when items are ready to ship, estimated October 2026. You must pay your shipping fees to get your rewards. Items added during the survey will also be charged at this time.

When will I choose the plush that I want?
Specific item styles are chosen after the campaign. Any unlocked style of plush corresponding to the pledge tier you selected is available. For example, if you choose “Three Dragons”, you will be able to choose from any combination of the same size plushies up to three – so one dragon raccoon, one dragon fox, and one dragon bunny (if all are unlocked during the campaign).

What about refunds?
Backerkit is designed for backers to pledge a chosen amount of money toward a goal. All backers have until the end of the campaign to change or cancel their pledged amounts, but after the campaign ends, those funds are used for project goals and stretch goals so refunds are not possible.

Failed Payments & Dropped Pledges
• Failed Payments: If your payment fails on Backerkit, you'll have one week after the project ends to correct it. If you do not correct it Backerkit will automatically drop you as a backer.
• Dropped Pledges & Late Surveys. Backers will be contacted through Backerkit using the email(s) they provide, and every effort will be made to reach out to any backer with a dropped pledge or late survey.

You must fill out a project survey in order for us to deliver your rewards. This provides us with your mailing address and any other information we need in order to send you your rewards. You’ll be able to update your shipping address until the shipping charging deadline, which will be communicated well in advance.

Is there a deadline for filling out the survey?
After the SHIPPING CHARGING deadline (estimated October/November 2026), surveys will be closed. After the surveys are closed, if you have an incomplete survey and have not communicated with us, any outstanding pledges will be considered a donation and no rewards will be received. Please communicate if there are issues.

What if my package is returned to sender?
Backers are responsible for providing accurate and up to date mailing addresses during the survey at the Shipping Charge date. Postage rates will be based on USPS Ground or equivalent, and any packages lost or returned to sender due to inaccurate shipping addresses will be reshipped at backer’s expense.

International Backers
At this time, we cannot ship to any EU countries due to GPSR restrictions. We also cannot ship to any countries that the US post office is currently not shipping to. We wish the situation were different as much as you do! Any international backers are fully responsible for VAT or customs fees.

About quality and safety
All our manufactured plushies are made to last and are safety tested to age 0+. Made of durable polyester fabric, they’re soft and cuddly as well as high quality. We’re working with the same manufacturer that helped us with the kitties, foxes, bunnies and pocket dragons, so we’re confident in the quality.

Pay Over Time is enabled so if you want to make a bigger pledge (of at least $150 or more) you can pay in four smaller amounts instead of all upfront!!
Partial payments are not eligible for refunds. If you do not complete your payments you will not receive any rewards, and any payments received will be considered a donation.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
